佛山市知识产权协会成立于2001年12月8日，是依法由关心和热爱知识产权的企事业法人单位、知识产权工作者、团体及个人自愿组成的非营利性5A 级专业类社会团体。协会主要由会长单位、副会长单位、理事单位、会员单位、专家顾问、秘书处构成，会内设有理事会、会员代表大会。目前会员单位涉及智能制造、光电、医药、机械、陶瓷、家电、纺织、食品、环保设备等众多领域的龙头企业及科技型中小企业。协会作为介于政府与企事业的社会组织，努力搭建政企沟通桥梁，与各大专业机构和专家学者联动，提供最新知识产权行业动态，组织系列专业培训课程，进行知产保护与运用需求对接，协助企业知识产权管理体系构建，推动企业创新升级，助力佛山知识产权事业高质量发展。
